The Chief Entertainer From Never-Land

The Chief Entertainer (King of Pop) from the Never-Land

by fania simon 6.7.03

I kept thinking of recording part of this song
So I took my pen in hand
And painfully wrote these few lines
Lines that are engraved in my heart
Where I hid my heritage next to him
Oh how I rejoice knowing you are from my tribe!
You were named king
Amongst our people up on the hill
O. the high Star that you are!
Only Jehovah can lay hands on your smile
For you are well preserved
By our ancestor’s herbs

O' Superstar, The King of Pop!
You are sitting way up in the sky
And I peaked into your kingdom
Into the Never Land region
And I saw the enemies shooting arrows at your smile
They made your heart lonely - so lonely tonight
And on this fake globe, earth, you are trapped.
And with these fake habitants on earth, you are trapped.
You ought to keep company with nature,
With innocence,
With the rain,
Until sunshine comes to your defense
And you shall escape all the fake guards
And you shall stand in front of the mirror of life
And with our reflections smiling back at us
We shall spiritually multiply happiness and kindness on earth
And they shall never, ever invade your smile again

But remember Superstar,
We all have more than one face
Show them your other face-as I’ve done so far
But I urge you to preserve the real one for noon
Cause the mystical genius is coming for you soon
And together, we shall rejoice in Never Land...

Well now, let me record this song!

Do You Remember Whitney?

Do You Remember Whitney?

When you were down because your man (your woman) left you
Your heart was oh so blue
You turned on the radio
Just to hear a sweet voice around you
And instantly,
One of the biggest female pop stars of all time
Appeared before you
She didn't know you
But slowly, she sang her heart out for you

After her first verse
You forgot your man (your woman) left you
Inside your heart, the light was on again
Sadness from darkness was no longer around you...

There!
A glass of wine was on the table next to you
You were laying on your back
As that golden voice was taking you back
back-way back to Mariaville
Hmm!
Look how she gave you back your smile?
I heard you say "Man! This girl is great...
I am her #1 fan"

But today 2006 the superstar became human
She made mistakes that took her down to the dirty land
Where are you?
How quickly....
You forgot how great she made you feel
Do you remember Whitney?
Do you remember that day in your sad, loversville?
But now, why do you crucify?
Just like you did Christ
You gathered all your friends
And you are still making ill comments about her
Why do you rejoyce in her pain?

Oh user fan!
It's so easy to forget
Go on sing the song
"Whitney is a crackhead"
Grab your microphone and mold your savage crowd
Shape your voice & sing the cracked up song
I'm sure that will lift up humanity
I'm sure that will lift up Whitney

End With Your Downs

End With Your Downs

End with your downs
End with your feeling blue
Start to realize
The talents inside of you

See how much we love you
And how you can better get on track
To something much more worthwhile
Where you’ll never have to look on back

Think positive
And work for those in need
Where you can blossom to your potential
Away from vice and greed

Look on to the future
And know we can get it right
Move on to self-fulfillment
Love, live life, see the light

Toast to the new beginning
Slainte, cheers for many a year
Have fun, laugh and travel
Move on up to a faster gear

Let your hair down and fly off to Australia
Plan it within your agenda for living life
Think of how you can help us build a better future
For the kids, the discriminated, for those in grief and strife

Do You Know Biko?

Do You Know Biko?
We know that Biko did go
Down into the valley of the shadow of death,
To search for life

Biko faced fear with unconscious abandon.
Came through the struggle with conscious thoughts
Stepped in an opaque blackness
Death was the constant reminder that the struggle would be
Not for the weak or timid.

To remove the veil and seek truth outside
The comfortable confines of accepting a false reality.
Places life in a tedious balance
That threatens the status quo above and below.
Absolute truth turns on a light
That transcends man's capacity for cruelty.
Truth is just like what Bob says about music,
Fear can only exist when compliancy gives life

A false sense of security.
To search for truth removes all unconscious
Thoughts of inadequate manhood,
That haunts the unconscious mind.
To know who you really are creates an inner strength
That nullifies the cruel methods implemented
Against the unconscious mind

Out of the shadows
Biko searched for truth and developed a path
So, to know Biko is to embrace,
"Black Consciousness"
